Nealey, founder and operator of Tranquil Adventures and a victim of polio at age 2, considers himself able bodied even though he sometimes uses a wheelchair himself. "I knew from an early age that I'd never be able to run as fast as the other kids," he said, "but I was always stronger. My disability was just never much of a consideration in my life." Captain Mick Nealey has been fishing these waters sence the early sixtes. Licensed by the US Coast Guard since 1989 Capt. Mick has fished from Northeast Bahamas to the Dry Tortugas but likes the upper Keys best.
