Our complete yacht management program made up of our sales and marketing specialists, professional captains and crew members, mechanics and technicians along with our yacht mantenance and detailing staff all share the same goal standard for services and coustomer satisfaction.

Our company will provide the following services:

• Administration: Take care of all administration needs including but not limited to; assistance with vessel registration, maritime law, certifications, insurance and dockage.

• Crew Placement: We will assign only qualified and U.S.C.G. licensed Master Captains and first mates to care for your vessel. All our staff and crewmembers are required to be part of the Drug Consortium Drug Testing Program.

• Accounting: Our office administrator and accounting service will track all expenses and make timely payments for repairs, supplies and other related expenses. A monthly report and spreadsheet along with comments is emailed or sent by courier to owner for record keeping and overview of progress.

• Daily Operations & Maintenance: Our team of yacht maintenance specialist and certified techs along with our maintenance support services will make sure your vessel receives the very best care inside and out. Our maintenance program outlined below is a time proven prevention and maintenance program designed to save you money in the long and short run of yacht ownership and to keep your vessel “turn key ready” at all times.

• Marketing, Advertising, Charter Sales & Promotions: Your yacht will be promoted through an international network of yacht charter specialist and yacht charter brokers. Your yacht will also be featured on our very popular international luxury yacht charter website, www.MiamiCharters.com.

• 24 Hour Owner Support: Our company provides all yacht fleet owners with an emergency contact number that connects owners to a tech or representative always standing by to assist with the unexpected or immediate need.

• 24 Hour Vessel GPS Tracking: Our fleet managed vessels can be equipped with G.P.S. tracking units which can be accessed on-line with a private password. This service allows owners round the clock real time vessel tracking position.

Our Luxury Yacht Maintenance Program

Includes: A certified mechanic/ tech assigned to your vessel that oversees the general maintenance and repairs to your vessel. Our company has specialized team members in the areas of yacht detailing and washing, underwater diver service, electrical technicians, fiberglass & gel coat repairs as well as staff certified diesel & gasoline mechanics ready for any repairs or emergencies. Vessel inspections are scheduled at least once per week (more if required due to charter schedule or personal use).

Engine Compartment: Turn on engines and generator(s), visually check engines, generator, transmission, mechanical parts, all fluids, batteries, pumps, hoses and clamps for proper operation. Inspect and test of all electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Interior: Check for proper operation of AC system, heads, electrical, galley equipment and power up all navigation electronics as well as all appliances.

Exterior: Check the general appearance of paint, stainless steal railings, teak, fiberglass, all water hoses, salt and fresh water wash downs, bottom paint, isinglass, stairs, bars, freezers, etc. Inspect all required safety equipment by U.S.C.G...

Bottom of Hull: Every 30 days divers will clean and inspect hull area under the water and all running gear.

Marina: Check the safety of the marina as it applies to your yacht, proper mooring and fender placement. Check the power cord and the surroundings of your yacht, i.e. dock boxes etc.
Administrative: If you so desire we will pay all the vessel's related bills such as mortgage, insurance, dockage and marina, maintenance and repairs, fuel, boat cleaning, crew salaries and incidentals (Bank account set up required).

Additional: Move vessel to/from fueling dock, boat yard and mechanical repair facilities. Coordinate with boat yard for prices, length of stay and oversee the work being done to vessel. Maintain logbooks of all work done. Keep up with the legal paperwork required to be on board vessel at all times. Once a month send out report (spreadsheet) of vessel progress to owner(s).

Yacht Maintenance Program Options:

*General Maintenance Program: Includes vessel washing and maintenance check once per week plus monthly underwater hull inspection & hull cleaning by diver.

- Starting at $2 per Ft plus supplies.

*Commercial Maintenance Program: Includes everything listed above (up to two boat washings per week plus monthly underwater hull inspection & hull cleaning by diver.

- Starting at $3 per Ft plus supplies.

 

Other Services:
- U.S.C.G Professionally Licensed Captains: Starting at $250 per day / First Mates $125 per day
- Certified Diesel and Gasoline Mechanics: Starting at $75-$95 per hour -Travel fee $50
- Professional underwater hull cleaning & salvage work by commercial divers
